The grinding head provides a more consistent particle size for sweeter coffee and a richer taste experience. The grinder is made of stainless steel and manufactured in Italy.

41 adjustment steps with precise grinding

The coffee grinder's adjustment steps grind slowly and precisely for espresso, Aeropress, pour over, filter coffee, press pot and other brewing methods. The coffee is ground slowly to prevent the coffee from overheating and losing its aroma and flavour.

Auto-stop

Grinding is automatically stopped after the last bean has been ground.

Easy to clean

Antistatic stainless steel coffee container reduces coffee dust. A small brush is included for easy cleaning.

Solid construction

The coffee grinder is made of solid steel and aluminium.

Precise digital scale included

The lid of the coffee grinder is equipped with a digital kitchen scale, Uni, with 0.1 g accuracy. It is easily connected to your iPhone or Android mobile phone via Bluetooth.

Included app

Wilfa Black is an app that gives you an overview of how to grind the optimal amount and to what grind level, as well as the "pour over" program.

The scale communicates with iOS and Android devices via Bluetooth. The app helps you grind the beans according to the amount of water you want to use.

The Uniform coffee grinder is one of three coffee grinders in Europe approved by The European Coffee Brewing Centre. It is an independent testing organisation that tests and approves coffee equipment for both the private and professional markets. The ECBC tests coffee grinders for precision in grind, consistency of delivery, temperature and how much coffee residue is left.
