Refurbished, Open box and B-stock
What is Refurbished, Open box or B-stock?
B-Goods, B-Stock, Open box or "refurbished" labels products we can offer at a reduced price of up to -20% because they are no longer part of our regular assortment but still function normally. This includes but is not limited to display models, returned products or items with packaging that was damaged in transit. All such products are thoroughly checked before we approve them for sale, and the Eleonto service with free delivery and 30-day return applies as well, of course.
Which shortcomings can these products have?
Minor signs of use or previously opened packaging
Mostly repaired or returned products. These items are not damaged but have been previously opened and potentially briefly used.
Damaged packaging
Product packaging damaged in transit. This has no bearing on the functionality of contents.
<Not in original packaging or missing non-crucial accessories
Returns accepted of goodwill or repaired warranty items. Non-crucial accessories and/or original packaging can be partially or totally missing.
What about the warranty?
Neither the manufacturer's nor the legal warranty usually differentiate between A-Stock (new goods) and B-Stock. Should the manufacturer's warranty begin with the first use of an item rather than the date of purchase, this can be found in the product information.
How do I order B-Stock?
If a product is available as B-Stock, it is indicated as such on the product detail page. You can order by clicking on the reduced price and "Add refurbished product to cart" before you complete your purchase as you normally would. View B-Goods.
